It is suitable for repairing white corundum, brown corundum, silicon carbide grinding wheels, as well as ceramic and resin bonded grinding wheels. Ultra hard and high grade diamond is used, which is not easy to break during use. It can be used for external grinder, centerless grinder, internal grinder, surface grinder and other machines.

It is recommended to control the feed during finishing to 0.02-0.04mm with even speed and coolant. Do not be extremely cold after heating.

1. When eccentricity and concave and convex surface occur during grinding wheel use, diamond trimmer is required to trim and leveling;
2. When trimming high-precision grinding wheels, diamond with sharp shape should be used.
3. If the correction is large, spherical diamond with large contact area is recommended.
