Problem 1: The glass is still broken edge, Angle off, grinding wheel impression and other undesirable phenomena after grinding by double-sided machine.

Answer: The grinding wheel size selection is inappropriate or poor performance, granularity should adapt to the thickness range of processing glass and processing speed requirements, such as 1,2 grinding wheel 80 mesh 140 mesh grinding wheel, grinding 8mm-25mm glass is very good, grinding 5-6mm glass may break the edge, generally should choose 100 mesh 140 mesh grinding wheel match to meet the requirements of 4-19mm glass. Problem 3: The working end face of the grinding wheel is close to the level, or even high on the outside and low on the inside. Finally, the remaining 1/3 of the grinding wheel cannot be used.

A: The Angle of the front and rear rings is not appropriate or the motor is loose, the outside of the front end is not working, the inside of the back ring is a large workload, the Angle of the motor should be adjusted in time and fixed, and the processing allowance of the front and rear rings should be reasonably distributed.

 

Problem 4: There are impact marks on the outside of the grinding wheel, or the end face of the ring sag, alloy shining and other phenomena, can not continue to use.

A: This phenomenon mostly occurs in chamfered wheel or No. 2 and 3 grinding wheel with fine diamond. The reason is that when replacing the new grinding wheel or processing the thick and thin glass with a large span, the advance and fall position of the grinding wheel is not adjusted in time, resulting in the direct impact of the glass on the outside of the grinding wheel, or the assigned processing amount is greatly beyond the bearing range of the grinding wheel.

 

Problem 5: The teeth of the whole gear with a depth of 2mm or so will collapse, commonly known as grinding can not be used.

A: The depth of the water groove of the whole gear is equal to the working layer height of 1.5mm inside the working ring of the grinding wheel. The remaining 1.5mm of the water mouth indicates that the working layer has been consumed. In order to prevent the remaining 1/3 of the grinding wheel from being consumed, the glass will impact the matrix outside the grinding wheel due to the large processing allowance or grinding thick glass. The actual working layer is completely consumed.
