The wet polishing pad needs to be compatible with the adhesive disc (joint) and waterproof when used. The polishing process needs to be from 50 # to 3000 # in order to polish the high-brightness mirror effect. It is ineffective to use only one or two pieces or jump grit.

To achieve good results, grind each mesh smoothly and thoroughly, and do not close without the current mesh being completed. That will affect the grinding effect.

Rough grinding: 50#-100#
The obvious grinding marks of the grinding pad are used to correct the grinding flatness and smooth the grinding surface.
Semi-fine grinding: 150#-300#
The rough grinding marks are eliminated to form new and finer lines and polish the grinding surface more smoothly.
Fine grinding: 500#-1000#
The color of the pattern particles is clearly shown, the surface is delicate, smooth and has a slight gloss.
Finishing: 2000#-3000#
No visible signs, the surface becomes smoother and glossy to about 90 degrees
